Our web site is designed primarily as a working tool for both schools and teachers. For schools, access to our web site is totally secure and is controlled by a unique login code that is issued to you.

Our site provides a template that allows you to input the key details for your booking. Our software will then automatically search for suitable teachers. A shortlist and prompt will appear for your consultant to call you the next morning – saving you valuable time.
Whether you are notified late in the evening about an absence the next day or have bookings that are not as urgent, placing these bookings online leaves you free to concentrate on other priorities.
Browse for teachers
The on-line school diary shows you any bookings that have been confirmed for your school.In addition, it shows you the teachers that are available in your area on any given day. You can click on each one for a summary of their qualifications and subject specialisms. You can even see a photo of the teacher!
Timesheets
Our timesheet page provides details of any outstanding timesheets. You can print a version from the web site for you to sign and return to Ealing LEA Gateway.
Feedback
Ealing LEA Gateway continually collects feedback on its teachers. Our Follow Up Reference Grades (FURGs) allow us to monitor the performance of our teachers and assist them with their professional development. You can view the FURGs on-line for any teacher that has taught in your school. This is useful when you are considering re-booking a teacher, helping you to pinpoint their particular strengths.
Invoices
The Ealing LEA Gateway web site also provides you with access to an invoice library for your school. You can review a list of invoices or view individual sheets. Our on-line invoices are printable should you need a further file copy.
Handbooks
Over the past year, Ealing LEA Gateway has produced customised Supply Teacher Handbooks for many schools. Our web site provides access for on-line editing, proofing and sign off for these unique publications.
